The structure is made of steel with a matt black finish, and ensures solidity and balance on the desk top.
The internal bottom is covered with bonded leather, a material that is easy to clean and has a high resistance to wear and tear.
The felt pads on the bottom protect the underlying surface from scratches and provide additional stability.
This pen holder is entirely produced in Italy, by a handicraft company that has great experience in the working of leather, and takes care of every single production detail, from the cutting of the materials to the final packaging.

With the proper care you will be able to preserve the beauty of your Eglooh accessory over time.
All you have to do is follow a few simple instructions.
• For cleaning painted metal we recommend using a filament-free cloth dampened with soap and water.
• For stubborn stains we recommend the use of a non-corrosive, non-abrasive degreasing detergent.
• Take care that the degreaser does not come into direct contact with leather parts.
• To keep your bonded leather product in perfect condition avoid exposing it to high temperatures or direct sunlight for extended periods.
• In case of contact with water, dry immediately with a smooth, soft cloth.
• For cleaning, we recommend an initial wipe with a damp cloth. Shortly afterwards you can use cleaning milk to remove stubborn stains.
• Let it dry, without using heat sources or direct sunlight to accelerate the process.
• Never use solvents such as alcohol or alkaline acids, oils, degreasers, abrasive cleaners, furniture polish, varnish or ammonia.

ORDERS, PAYMENTS & RETURNS
You can pay by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or bank transfer.
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
If you prefer, we can arrange collection ourselves: in this case, we will deduct the shipping cost from the refunded amount.
If the product is defective or not as described, the return and re-delivery are entirely at our expense.
Customised products are not eligible for return.
The only exceptions are cases where an error was made by our team, or the product is defective or not as described: in these cases, we will take care of the entire return and replacement process.
