We ship throughout Italy and the European Union using the express carriers DHL, FEDEX, TNT and UPS.

Standard delivery is made from Monday to Friday, during standard working hours regulated and indicated by the carriers themselves.

Products are delivered to the address you specify. Any change of destination must be communicated in time and will be accepted by us after notification.

We recommend that you check that the address is entered correctly, in particular the house number and the area-specific zip code (not the generic city code).
We also ask you to provide a phone number so that the carrier can contact you to arrange delivery or for any other communication.

The carrier may make the first delivery without prior notice by phone. If the recipient is absent, the carrier will leave a note at the specified address and will retry the delivery within 24 hours. If the recipient is also absent on the second attempt, a notice will again be left and the material will remain in storage at the carrier's warehouses, available for a maximum of 5 working days.
In the event that the products ordered and in storage are not collected within the established period of 5 working days, the order will be cancelled.
The goods will be returned to our warehouses, and we will refund the amount paid by you, deducting the cost of the unsuccessful delivery of the order, the cost of returning the goods, and the cost of storing the goods.

We cannot be liable for delivery mistakes due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in filling out the purchase order (incomplete or wrong address, wrong phone number, etc.).

Standard delivery is at street level. Delivery to the floor is available as an additional service and the relative request must be made before completing the purchase procedure.
This service is subject to a variable price surcharge depending on the weight and volume of the goods to be delivered. Floor delivery involves the use of personnel only and excludes the use of lifts, machinery or other special equipment.

Shipping costs are at your charge and are explicitly highlighted when you place your order.
The charge for shipping costs varies depending on the weight and volume of the goods and the delivery address.
Deliveries to areas that are inconvenient or difficult to reach, such as small islands, mountain areas, pedestrian zones, and/or with limited access to normal transport vehicles, may be subject to a surcharge.
It is your duty to check the accessibility of the ordered goods to the place of delivery and to report possible difficulties before the shipment. Any non-delivery of goods caused by the lack of such checks may not be used to cancel the order unless you pay all costs incurred in the attempted delivery, the return of the goods and the handling of the relevant procedures.

If you have chosen to pay by bank transfer in advance, it is possible that the waiting time will be extended by 2/3 working days: the order will in fact be processed and shipped only upon receipt of payment.
Payment by cash on delivery is subject to a surcharge, and the total amount must be paid in cash directly to the carrier.

To each shipment is assigned a tracking code, which is communicated by e-mail and can be used to check the status of the shipment at any time.
Upon delivery of the goods, we kindly ask you to check:
• That the number of packages delivered matches the number indicated in the transport document.
• That the packaging is not damaged, not wet or altered.

The presence of any tampering, visible damage or any other type of anomaly, as well as the mismatch in the number of packages, must be immediately notified in writing to the operator who makes the delivery by adding this wording on the accompanying document:
"ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE FOR TRANSPORT DAMAGE" followed by a description of the anomaly detected.

Attention: if the transport document is signed without adding the necessary reservations, you will not be able to later claim any shortages or damage due to transport, nor will you be able to contest the external characteristics of the goods delivered.

In the event that the courier is chosen by you, the risk of damage or deterioration of the products is transferred to you as soon as the goods are transferred to the carrier, precluding any objection regarding the external characteristics of what is delivered. In this case, any complaint must be made by you to the carrier.
