The kit consists of three essential products, all water-based and suitable for materials of any color:
• Leather Cleaner: a gentle detergent that removes daily dirt, enhancing the natural softness.
• Leather Protector: an advanced formula that creates an invisible barrier against water, oil, alcohol, and grease stains, making future cleaning easier.
• Ink Remover: specifically formulated to eliminate recent stains of ink, lipstick, or chocolate.
The box also includes a sponge, a cloth, and an instruction booklet to guide you step by step through complete and safe care.

USAGE
Cleaning (Leather Cleaner)
• Shake the bottle well.
• Pour a small amount onto the provided sponge.
• Apply with gentle circular movements, without too much pressure.
• Rinse with water and dry with a clean, soft cloth.
Protection (Leather Protector)
• Shake the bottle well.
• Apply a small amount onto the white cloth provided.
• Spread evenly over the entire leather surface.
• Let air-dry naturally.
Stain treatment (Ink Remover)
• Open the Ink Remover stick.
• Apply directly to the stain with circular movements.
• Leave for about 30 seconds to take effect.
• Remove with a soft white cloth.
• For stubborn stains, repeat the process.
• Once the stain is removed, clean the entire item with the Cleaner.
CONTENTS OF THE KIT
• Cleaner (100 ml): water-based detergent with non-ionic surfactants (<5%). Preservatives: Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, Bronopol, DMDM Hydantoin. Biocidal active ingredient: C(M)IT/MIT (3:1).
• Protector (100 ml): advanced water-based formula against water, oil, alcohol, and grease stains. Contains 1,2-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one and isothiazolinone blend. Biocidal active ingredient: C(M)IT/MIT (3:1).
• Ink Remover (20 ml): specific formulation with anionic surfactants (≥5% <15%), designed to remove ink, lipstick, and chocolate. UFI: 2R71-60RD-N00N-07AP.
• Included accessories: application sponge, microfiber cloth, detailed instruction booklet.
COMPATIBILITY
• Suitable for all types of leather, except aniline, suede, and nubuck. Can be used on materials of any color.
BASE
• All products in the kit are water-based.
CERTIFICATIONS
• Formulations compliant with Regulation (EC) No. 648/2004.

Shipping time to the delivery address is added on top of these.

Costs vary depending on the destination country:
- Italy: €5,00.
- European Union: from €9,00 (varies depending on the destination country).
- United Kingdom and Switzerland: €17,00.
Costs apply to a single item and may increase slightly for multiple-item orders.
Each product page shows the estimated production time (usually 2-5 business days). Shipping time is added on top of this, and varies depending on the destination country:
- Italy: 1-2 business days.
- European Union: 3-7 business days (varies depending on the destination country).
- United Kingdom and Switzerland: 5-7 business days.
All products are shipped from Italy.
ORDERS, PAYMENTS & RETURNS
You can pay by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or bank transfer.
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
If you prefer, we can arrange collection ourselves: in this case, we will deduct the shipping cost from the refunded amount.
If the product is defective or not as described, the return and re-delivery are entirely at our expense.
Customised products are not eligible for return.
The only exceptions are cases where an error was made by our team, or the product is defective or not as described: in these cases, we will take care of the entire return and replacement process.
