«Every bespoke project stems from dialogue: we listen to the customer's needs and transform their vision into a set of accessories that combine aesthetics and practicality.
We often start off by addressing a general request, such as furnishing a meeting room with leather accessories, and it is not uncommon for the customer to not have a specific idea of what they want. This is where our experience comes into play: we have developed an internal checklist that allows us to guide them step by step.
We always begin with the desk pad, filtering by material, model, and size.
For the sizes, we base ourselves on the table’s dimensions and how many seats it hosts, even going so far as to produce technical drawings to share the size and layout of the desk pads in advance.
Our job is to balance design and usability: for meeting rooms, we evaluate proportions, materials and technical details that make the accessories not only elegant, but also comfortable and enduring daily use.
From the desk pads, we build the whole set, adding matching accessories for the workstations and centrepieces: pen holders, stationery valet trays, coaster sets or trays for water and coffee, always matching the desk pads and, if requested, developing customised shapes and sizes.
In this way, the customer receives not just an object, but a carefully designed project to add value and harmony to their workspace.»
An example comes from the project developed for International Gate, which saw a made-to-measure version of Palladio and Apollo, combining green elements for an elegant meeting room.
Around the table, each participant is provided with a custom Palladio desk pad, measuring 58×39 cm, perfectly proportioned to match the space. Apollo roundness, on the other hand, was adapted into 13 cm diameter bottle coasters to protect the tabletop from marks. The choice of green leather creates a sophisticated, harmonious tone, completed by other accessories in the same finish—from coasters to pen holders, trays to valet trays.

The foldable structure, inspired by desk pads such as Gemini, allows documents and notes to be stored neatly while keeping the meeting surface protected. The anthracite grey leather finish adds a discreet, contemporary touch, perfect for modern corporate settings.
