The standard delivery takes place from Monday to Friday, from 8.00am to 6.00 pm.
The products are delivered at the address given by the Customer. Eventual changes of destination points must promptly be communicated and they will be accepted by Eglooh upon communication.
We recommend to control that the address is correctly put in, in particular the street number and the Post Code, specific of the area (not the general one of the city).
The courier makes the first delivery without any phone notice. If the receiver is absent, the courier will leave a notification card at the address given by the Customer and he will try to despatch the product in the following 24 hours. In case of absence even on the second attempt, a notice will be left again and the material remains stored at the courier’s warehouses, available for a maximum of 5 working days. If the ordered and stored goods are not collected within the 5 days’ fixed term, the same order will be cancelled.
The goods will be returned to Bedecò, which reserves the right to refund the price of the products, leaving the delivery costs at the expenses of the Customer.
We advice giving a phone number, so that the courier can get in contact with the Customer for any communication.
The delivery is intended on the road surface and it must be specified, when the order is definitively confirmed.
The costs of delivery are charged to the Customer and they are specifically underlined at the moment of the fulfilling of the order.
They are submitted to possible extra charges for particular conditions (limited traffic areas, areas difficult to reach or suburban ones).
The tax for the costs of transport varies according to the weight/volume of the goods and to the address of delivery.
If it is chosen to pay via bank transfer in advance, the waiting time may be extended of 2/3 working days: the goods purchased will indeed be delivered only when the payment is received.
If the goods is paid cash on delivery, the payment requires an additional charge of 8,00 Euros, to be paid cash directly to the courier.
Every delivery is given a tracking code to control the shipping any time.
When the goods is delivered the Customer must check:
- that the number of the despatched packages corresponds to what is written in the packing list;
- that the packaging is intact, undamaged, neither wet nor broken;
The existence of eventual tampering, evident damages or any other type of anomaly, as well as the non correspondence of the numbers of the packages must immediately be notified by a written communication to the operator dealing with the delivery, by putting the following capture on the consignment note:
“ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE FOR TRANSPORT DAMAGE” followed by the description of the found anomaly.
Attention: if you sign the packing list without reporting the necessary reserves, it will later be possible neither to complain about missing or damaged goods to be ascribed to the transport nor to complain about the outer characteristics of what was dispatched.
