Returns and refunds

If the Customer is not satisfied, pursuant to and in accordance with the Legislative Decree Nr. 21/2014 of the European Legislation 2011/83/UE regarding the consumers’ rights, it is possible to return the purchased products within 14 days from their own delivery.
You will only have to communicate via e-mail your intention of withdrawing: if so,  we will provide you with all the necessary instructions.
The delivery expenses for the returned goods are always at the Customer’s charge: the returning of the product may be made through any courier.
The purchase contract is automatically cancelled, when the returned goods arrive at destination.
The right of withdrawal may not be carried out, if the product is intact, that is:
- when the original packaging is missing;
- when the constitutive elements of the product are missing (accessories, instruction guides, etc);
- when the product has been damaged

As soon as the integrity of the rendered article is proved, Eglooh will send the Customer a confirmation e-mail and will arrange for the refund within 14 days.
The refund will be made with the same method used by the Customer to pay the goods, when he purchased the product. If the goods was paid cash on delivery, we ask the Customer to let us have all the details, necessary for the refund itself.
If an anomaly due either to the transport or to a manufacturing defect is found out, do not hesitate to contact us via e-mail; you should specify the details of the order, indicate the non-conformity and attach the photographic documentation.
It will be our duty to supply you with all the necessary instructions aimed at an eventual and quick replacement.

For personalized products we will NOT accept returns, except in the case of mistakes made by the Eglooh staff.
