Payment options

Purchasing in our shop is easy and safe. The prices listed always include VAT.
The shipping fee is calculated according to the delivery location and the weight/volume of the products.

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit card
In the case of payment by credit card, the transaction is completed via Stripe, a platform that allows all payments to be made in a completely secure way.
Credit cards from the major international circuits are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners.
The data travels securely via advanced server-to-server transmission and transactions take place exclusively on the secure Stripe servers. (Secure Socket Layer).
It is important to highlight that in no way will we have knowledge of your credit card data.
With Stripe payment is automatic, instantaneous, secure and free of charge.

Bank transfer in advance
In the case of payment by bank transfer in advance, the order is only processed upon effective crediting to our bank account.
Payment must be made within 5 working days from the date of order confirmation, after which the order is automatically considered cancelled.
The reason for the bank transfer must state the order number indicated in the order confirmation e-mail.
The bank details to which the bank transfer should be made are set out in the order confirmation e-mail.

PayPal
PayPal is a simple, fast and reliable payment method; it is increasingly popular on the web and allows any company or consumer with an e-mail address to send and receive payments securely.
Upon placing your order, you will be directly directed to the login page of the PayPal site, where you simply enter your e-mail address and password and authorise payment.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can open one in a few minutes by registering for free and associating a credit card or a bank account.
Your data will be managed exclusively by PayPal's secure servers.
In case of order cancellation, either by your own will or by non-acceptance by us, the amount will be refunded to the same PayPal account.

Cash on delivery
Payment is made upon delivery of the products, directly to the carrier and in cash (cheques of any kind are excluded).
We recommend that you prepare the exact amount to be paid in advance, as the courier is not required to give change.
For cash on delivery an additional fee of 8.00 Euro is required, which is clearly indicated when choosing the payment method.
This service is only available for shipments with destination in Italy.
